The purpose of this class is to help participants understand that their “life script” or “story” defines the boundaries of their lives. Understanding and analyzing each participant’s story allows him to decide whether his current story is helping him to develop his potential or is limiting his growth. Once a participant identifies aspects of her current life story that are restricting her growth, then the healing begins. We will use varied and integrated healing approaches, including hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique, to show participants how to re-write their life stories and, in so doing, to transform their lives.
