What is your story?
Your story is how you define yourself, your world, and your life. It is how you describe yourself, the reasons you believe you are the way that you are, and what you expect of your life.
So how does your story create your reality? Your story creates your reality because it defines the limits of what you believe is possible for yourself. Like the child who looks at a bicycle for the first time and says “I can’t’ ride that!” and then cannot ride it because she does not believe it is possible for her, each of us makes constant judgments about what is possible for ourselves. Our story is like our protective coating; it helps us to service in the world but defines our boundaries.
How can you change your story? Using hypnotherapy, we can help you look at your life as a reflection of your story-the feelings, thought, and beliefs that you currently hold-and determine whether your story serves you. Hypnotherapy can help change your story by clearing unwanted feelings, thoughts, and belief, and in doing so transform your life.

Just close your eyes and watch your thoughts. You’ll be surprised how many of them are limiting, at times stressful ones. Remember your thoughts shape your outer reality.
